Order Placement: Once an order has been placed for customized goods, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Order Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, we DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds for customized goods.
Changes and Adjustments: You have the opportunity to make changes and adjustments to the garment as long as the sample has not been approved for bulk production or shipped out. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify the garment.
Additional Charges: If changes or modifications are requested after shipment, you will be responsible for the shipment fees and any associated costs for the re-shipment of the garment.
Quality Assurance: We are dedicated to delivering high-quality goods that meet stringent quality standards. If there is a defect or error in the customization that is our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
